いつもsilkroad storeをご利用いただきまして、誠にありがとうございます。

当ストアは海外にお住まいの皆さまにも快適にお買い物を楽しんでいただくため、サイトリニューアルをさせていただく運びとなりました。
伴いまして、メンテナンスを実施させていただきます。

【メンテナンス期間】
10月1日(月)11:00〜12:00(予定)

サイトリニューアル後は、海外にお住まいのお客様も商品の購入が可能になります！
海外にお住まいの方も必ず「silkroad store ID」を取得いただくことが条件となります。

＜silkroad store ID取得に必要なもの＞
①メールアドレス(注文完了・発送完了メールをお送りいたします。受信可能なアドレスを登録ください。)
②パスワード(英数字8文字以上)

＜海外にお住まいのお客様への発送に関しまして＞
①サイト内右下にある【LANGUAGE】をクリックして「ENGLISH」をご選択ください。
②「ENGLISH」ページ内に表示されている商品は全て海外への発送が可能です。ご希望の商品をカートに入れて、ご注文完了までお進みください。
(sikroad storeの一部の商品は海外発送不可となり「ENGLISH」ページには表示されません。予めご了承ください。)
③海外への商品の発送は、注文から10営業日以内での発送となります。予めご了承ください。
④発送は、一律「DHL」にて行います。DHLは重量で送料を計算します。また地域によって、金額は違いますので、料金表を参考にされた上ご注文をお願い申し上げます。
⑤相手国で関税等が発生する場合がございます。その場合、発生した関税等は受取人さまのご負担となりますので、ご了承ください。
⑥お支払いは、クレジットカード・Paypalのみとなります。
⑦受け取り拒否・長期不在・住所不備などにより商品のお届けが出来なかった場合、商品は当社倉庫に返送されます。
海外発送商品の場合、お支払い頂いていた商品代金・送料は一切返金致しません。
※再発送は行っておりませんので、発送をご希望の場合には、再度ご注文いただきますようお願いいたします。

Regarding international shipping

We have an announcement that we will have a maintenance for international shipping.

We would like to make our shop more convenient for overseas customers.

【Maintenance schedule plan】

Oct 1st (Mon) 10:00〜12:00 JST

After the site renewal, you can shop from outside Japan.

Overseas customers are also required to register a “silkroad store ID”

< Required things to make a silkroad store ID >

①A valid e-mail address (We’ll send the Order confirmation/ Shipment Notification by e-mail. )

②Password (Over 8 alphanumeric characters)

①Press the “LANGUAGE” button on the page below and select “ENGLISH”.

②Products in the “ENGLISH“ page are available for overseas shipping.

Please select your favorite item, press "Add to shopping cart” button and complete your order. (Part of the items on silkroad store are not available for overseas shipping. These items will not appear in the English page)

③We will arrange the shipment within 10 business days after you have placed your order (Not counting weekends or national holidays).

④All orders will be shipped via through “DHL”. The shipping cost depends on the weight of the parcel. The postage fee differs by area. Please check your area's postage fees before you confirm your order.

⑤Sometimes you may be charged customs duties. Import tax or any other duties are the buyer's responsibility. Please make sure you are aware of this before you shop.

⑥silkroad store offers credit card or PayPal payment as payment options.

⑦If your package could not be delivered to you because of a refusal to receive the delivered package, long-term absence or mistake in the address
the package will be returned to our office.
In this case,unfortunately we can not refund the price for your order and postage fees.
※We are sorry to inform you that we can not ship the packages again. For those who would like to have your order shipped again
please place a new order again.
