Can I return or cancel overseas shipping items?

If the product could not be delivered due to unacceptance/long term absence/incomplete address/etc., the product will be returned to our company warehouse.
Please note in advance that in the case of overseas shipment of the product, we will not provide any refund regarding the payment that you have already made for the payment/shipping cost of the product.
<Policy on exchange of defect product>
If you received a defect product upon delivery, we will exchange it with a good product within 7 days from the delivery date of said defect product. Please note that we will not accept your request for return product/exchange upon passing of said 7 days.
If you identified a defect on the product or wrong product, please contact us through the inquiry form by filling out your name, order number, and description of defect.
As our company’s product exchange policy, our site will pay for the shipping cost to exchange the defect product. The exchange product will be shipped through EMS.
If we cannot find a product in the warehouse that can be exchanged, we will provide you with a refund.
Do you pay tariffs?
Customs duties and other import duties and customs fees may be imposed on purchased goods at customs clearance in the receiving country.
In that case, it will be borne by the recipient so please pay directly to the delivery company at the time of delivery.
